Jätteproblem vid reply to HTML-mail

Så... vill inte med detta starta en diskussion om html-mails vara eller inte vara, eftersom det i det här fallet definitivt är vara.

Men, jag har ett stort problem som jag inte riktigt förstår mig på. När jag väljer "reply" eller "forward" av ett av html-mailen i Mail.app, flippar designen ur till 50%. Jag säger 50%, för vissa saker (exvis vit textfärg) bevaras, medans andra (exvis svart bakgrundsfärg) försvinner.

Detta ger till följd att viktiga data inte längre kan utläsas. Vad gäller själva renderingen av mailen som sänds ut, så är det inga problem där; mailen ser bra ut i de vanligaste förekommande mailklienterna, och även så i Hotmail, yahoo och diverse andra webbmail, borträknat GMail.

Så frågan är: finns det något sätt att se till att utseendet bevaras när man väljer att svara på ett mail? Jag vet att, förr när jag prenumererade, Apples newsmail som sänds en gång per vecka brukade vara möjliga att sända vidare utan problem, och även smartsons mailutskick går att svara/sända vidare.

Om det verkligen inte är möjligt att uppnå utan att köra med inline-css (som attribut till html-taggarna) är en möjlig lösning att pläjn text versionen, som skulle kunna tillföras mailet, prioriteras istället för HTML-versionen vid svar på/vidaresändning av mailet. Är det möjligt att uppnå?
